We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled prior to dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped or are in transit.

Return Information
Eligibility: We accept no-excuse returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Return Process:

  1. The item must be unusedunworn, and in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided in your confirmation email to ship the item to our designated address.
  3. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cost Information:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for a $10 return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account (processing times vary by bank/card issuer).

Exchange Information
Eligibility: We accept exchanges without reason within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Exchange Process:

  1. The item must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, original packaging).
  2. Follow the return instructions in your confirmation email to ship the item back.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send a replacement item of equal value at no additional cost.

Cost Information:

  • Exchange Shipping: Customers cover a $10 exchange shipping fee unless the exchange is due to our error.

  • Refund Adjustments: All refunds are subject to a $10 shipping fee deduction unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Single Exchange Limit: You may choose either one exchange or a full refund per order. Multiple exchanges are not permitted.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is not reflected after 10 business days:
