We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled prior to dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchange Information
Eligibility: We accept exchanges without reason within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Exchange Process:
- The item must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, original packaging).
- Follow the return instructions in your confirmation email to ship the item back.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will send a replacement item of equal value at no additional cost.

- Exchange Shipping: Customers cover a $10 exchange shipping fee unless the exchange is due to our error.
